Although we are a small company, we understand that our role in building a brighter, cleaner and just tomorrow is of great significance and therefore, hold ourselves to the highest standards. Unlike the competition that primarily focuses on the bottom line and mass production, we create the boots that are right for our community. We don’t think it should cost thousands of dollars to have the perfect boot –it should come at a more comfortable cost. That’s the Tumbleweed difference.

Of course we do. If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always return your order for free within the contiguous United States so long as:

- Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging

- Your return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your original order.

Women:
We usually recommend ordering either the same size or ½ size larger than you normally wear to ensure the most comfortable fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size.
Men:
We recommend ordering ½ size smaller than you normally wear in sneakers, or the same size you wear in other high-quality leather boots or dress shoes. If you are between sizes, order the smaller size. (We recommend sizing down because leather naturally stretches to form to your feet over time.

Our boots and shoes are water resistant and will keep your feet dry on typical rainy days, but we wouldn't recommend standing around in puddles in them. Products with welt construction feature a leather welt between the upper and the sole. This helps create a barrier against water entering the shoe.

Note: Although our suede products have the same construction method these leather types don't play as well with water, so we recommend trying to keep them dry.

Though we carry limited quantities, we highly suggest signing up for a restock notification by clicking on your desired size and selecting 'Get notified when we restock.

Kindly note, changes to shipping addresses may cause a delay in processing, transit and/or delivery times.

Your order my be on hold due to your shipping address missing an apt/ste number, an invalid shipping address, invalid phone number or processing payment if paid with PayPal eCheck.

We currently offer FREE ground shipping on all US orders (excluding Hawaii & Alaska)

We ship from Dallas, Texas.

We use FedEx for all domestic orders within the contiguous U.S.

Returns for unworn items are always free at Tumbleweed. We even include a free peel-off shipping label and instructions right in the box.

Once your return has been received a refund or store credit will be issued. If you have not received your refund or store credit after 2 weeks you may contact customer service

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please note: free shipping is not provided for any international orders and will be calculated upon checkout. All custom taxes or fees are not included in the shipping and will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Our international customers receive the same return and exchange benefits with the exception of being responsible for return shipping fees and the possibility of being charged additional VAT or duties by their respective localities when a return or exchange is processed.
